More than 25% of St. Kitts has been designated as a national park and as a result has one of the planets only expanding rainforest. The island has a whole host of micro eco systems, each of which provide travelers with lots to see and do, there really is something for everyone on St Kitts.
The island is surrounded by unspoilt dive sites including coral beds which are bursting with some of the most colorful fish to be found anywhere in the ocean.
The Valley of Giants offers more adventurous travelers the opportunity to explore the island’s hinterland either on foot to make the most of the spectacular view or by bike or on horse-back.
There is also a zip line adventure course which provides riders with a very different perspective of the rainforest. Zippers can get a panoramic and unique view of neighboring islands and all that St Kitts has to offer as they fly through the rainforest canopy at up to 50 miles per hour. There are a wide range of lines, some suitable for every ability and age and others that are very definitely only for the bravest tourists, but each of them is positioned to provide optimum views and a breath-taking experience.
